01 Using monster
This is an education-only jobs line. Post real roles, apply honestly, and keep engagements on the record. Misrepresenting a role, a salary or a service record breaks the trust the whole line is built on, and ends access.
02 What we provide
An education jobs board, a school hiring desk, salary reports and a record-verification service. It is a hiring surface, not a placement-promise: we do not assure any candidate a role or any school a hire.
03 Honest postings only
Postings are process-verified, must state an honest salary band, and may not demand age or marital status — the gate rejects those at post-time. Stale postings expire. Schools are asked to answer every applicant.
04 Fees and verification
Placement-fee tiers are published, not negotiated in the dark. Confirming your own service record carries no charge to the candidate. Tutor gigs involving minors follow the stricter safety regime described in privacy.
