Short version: this is a jobs line where discretion matters. Your current school cannot see that you are seeking, we collect the least we can, keep it in India, and never broadcast your record. The longer version below says exactly what that means.
01 What we collect
Your subjects, boards, qualifications and work history, so a school can find you; the roles you apply to; and basic device info to keep pages light. We do not need your contacts, your social accounts, or your precise location beyond the city radius you set.
02 Discretion for seekers
Your availability state is yours. While you are searching, your present employer cannot see that you are seeking, and your service record is shown only to schools you choose, only with your consent. Discreet leadership search works the same way.
03 Where it lives, and leaving
Data is stored in India. You can export everything and delete your account for real — deletion means deleted. There is no charge to export or to leave, and a deleted profile stops appearing in search.
04 Tutor gigs and minors
Tutor engagements that involve minors follow stricter rules: engagements are metadata-logged, a guardian confirms, and contact stays on the record. We do not push tutor and family contact off the books.
