What we will not let a posting do

Demands for age or marital status are rejected at post-time. An anti-discrimination gate checks a posting before it goes live, because a teaching role is judged on teaching.

Answer every applicant. We ask each school to keep a respond-to-everyone policy, with dignified rejection templates, and a school's response record is visible to candidates.

No ghost roles. A posting is process-verified and carries a freshness date; a stale opening expires rather than sitting there collecting applications no one reads.

About hiring here

Yes. The hiring desk works on its own, and a candidate's past experience can be confirmed through an owner-verify lane when their previous school kept paper records. The ERP attestation is a bonus where it exists, not a requirement to post.
