Why this is differentFour things a general jobs portal cannot do
We built for education only, and for the Hindi belt first. That focus is what lets us verify what other boards leave unverified — the employer, the posting, the salary, and the record behind a candidate.
1
Service records, attested
When a teacher's past school runs on the eduZ ERP, their tenure and role can be confirmed by that school's own records — a verified employment history, not a self-typed CV. No general portal has this.
2
No ghost jobs
Every posting is process-verified before it goes live: a real school, a real role, a real opening. Listings carry a freshness date and expire when they go stale, so you are not applying into the void.
3
Salary bands, shown up front
Postings state a real monthly band, and our city-and-role reports rest on confirmed offers, not on what schools wish they paid. The salary conversation starts honest.
4
Did they respond?
Every applicant gets an answer — that is the policy we ask schools to keep. A school's response record is visible, so you can see who actually replies before you spend an evening applying.
